My mission is to enable individuals to stand in their own power; to imagine what is possible and succeed at it. As a seasoned, bilingual HR Professional and Certified Coach, I am passionate about developing others.

ITP Leadership offers one-to-one coaching to individuals who are interested in reaching their full potential. We have successfully delivered workshops on Trust, Presentation Skills and Leadership. We have a particular focus on teaching coaching skills for managers. We can deliver your content or work with you to customize a workshop to meet your needs. With over 30 years of HR expertise, ITP Leadership can support your Human Resources needs.
